DRB Members. Within thirty (30) calendar days after this Agreement is executed, the parties shall submit to each other, at the same time, a list of two (2) names for the DRB. The two (2) names submitted by the Association will consist of members of the bargaining unit. The two (2) names submitted by the Employer will consist of employees with the rank of RCW lieutenant and above. The names submitted must be current members of the Washington State Patrol who will be willing to serve and who will act fairly and impartially on the DRB. Each party will promptly notify the other of any changes in their named members of the DRB.
