Common use of Drive-through Access Clause in Contracts

Drive-through Access. No drive-through access of any kind allowing customers to acquire goods from the Business directly from the Premises, through a window or any other type of opening from the Premises’ interior to the exterior, to a customer, inside a vehicle or otherwise, shall be strictly prohibited at all times at the Premises.
