Driver Qualifications. All drivers shall be trained and qualified in the operation of waste collection vehicles and must have in effect a valid license, of the appropriate class, issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Each driver shall carry his/her license during work hours. Drivers must be proficient in the English language.
