Common use of Drop Boxes and Compactors Clause in Contracts

Drop Boxes and Compactors. Contractor shall allow a Customer to 481 use a Drop Box or Compactor for Solid Waste Collection to meet the 482 Customer’s Disposal needs. In such case, Contractor shall provide 483 Customer with a choice of Container capacities ranging from three 484 (3) to forty (40) cubic yards (or similar sizes).
