DSM Vendor. A sector monitoring service provider approved by NMFS to conduct dockside monitoring (DSM). Landing Time – The time when a vessel arrives in port. Port – Defined by the local port agent. Offloading Time – The time when a vessel begins offloading fish. Trip Duration – The time range from when the vessel departs port until its return to port (landing time). Trip ID# – The VTR number on the first VTR page used for that trip.
