DTIDCL ENGINEER. 6.1 DTIDCL shall within 15 days from the date of signing of this Agreement, appoint the DTIDCL Engineer having necessary expertise for being appointed as the DTIDCL Engineer to undertake, perform and carry out the duties, responsibilities, services and activities set forth in Schedule E. a) The DTIDCL Engineer shall submit to the steering group reports at least once every month or more frequently as the situation may warrant, on the progress of implementation of the Project. Such reports of the DTIDCL Engineer shall include but not be limited to the matters and things set forth in said Schedule E. b) If either Party disputes any advice, instruction or decision of the DTIDCL Engineer, the same shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure set forth in Article 18. 6.2 If DTIDCL or the Concessionaire have a reason to believe that the DTIDCL Engineer is not discharging its duties in a fair, appropriate and diligent manner, DTIDCL may terminate the appointment of the DTIDCL Engineer and appoint another DTIDCL Engineer in accordance with the procedure laid down in Clause 6.1 above.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code ▇▇▇., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code ▇▇▇., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code ▇▇▇., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • ENGINEER The individual or entity named as such in this Agreement.
