Dually Served. For infants and toddlers and their families who are eligible to receive services from both TCRC and the LEA for Part C, TCRC shall be the agency responsible for providing or purchasing appropriate early intervention services that are beyond the mandated responsibilities of the LEA. The LEA for Part C shall provide special education services, as per California Education Code, Sections 564261.1-56426.4, up to its funded program capacity.
