Due and Payable. Once earned, the Firm’s commission is due and payable in full at the earlier of the execution of the Rental Agreement or 35 the occupancy of the Rental Unit(s), even if the transaction does not close, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 36 The Firm offers the following commission to cooperating firms: 37 .
