For a period of thirty (30) days following the Opening of Escrow (“Due Diligence Period”), Buyer shall have the right to perform any investigations, inspections, and review of documents as Buyer may reasonably determine in order to assess its willingness to purchase the Property pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
