DUE DILIGENCE IN PROSECUTING APPLICATIONS. Each Party will use all reasonable efforts and exercise due diligence in prosecuting any patent application under Section 5.1 in full accordance with all the relevant laws and requirements of the country concerned and each will keep the other informed of all official actions and responses arising out of the prosecution of such patent application.
