Dues Deduction Procedure. The Employer agrees to deduct from each bargaining unit employee’s pay all authorized dues, fees, and assessments as determined or required by the Union. The Employer shall make such deductions from the employee's paycheck following receipt of written authorization executed by the employee, and periodically thereafter as specified on the written authorization, so long as such authorization is in effect, and shall remit the same to the local Union monthly. The Union shall refund any amounts paid to it in error.
