Dues Revocation. 14 Employee’s request to revoke dues authorization must be in writing and submitted by the employee to 15 the Association. Revocations will not be accepted by the District if the authorization has not been 16 submitted to the Association by the employee. The District shall end the dues deduction effective the 17 first payroll after receipt of the confirmation that the employee has revoked dues authorization.
Dues Revocation. Any employee who has previously submitted a written authorization for the voluntary deduction of membership dues to the Union may revoke the authorization only during the month of March each year. This revocation of dues deduction shall be initiated by the employee filing a written statement, withdrawing the authorization, to Missouri Council 72, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. The Union will notify the employee’s human resource office of such revocation. This authorization must be received by Council 72 at any time prior to March 31. If there is a termination of employment, or movement out of the bargaining unit, the deductions will stop the effective month of the action.
Dues Revocation. The employer agrees to provide the labor organization with copies of the standard form for use in revoking dues allotments. These forms will be available in the labor organization office to those individuals wishing to revoke their dues withholding. a. The individual will turn the completed standard form into the Civilian Pay Office. b. The Civilian Pay Office shall date and initial all copies of the standard form upon receipt from individual. The second copy of the standard form shall be forwarded by the Civilian Pay Office to the labor organization within three (3) working days after receipt of the signed form from the employee. c. The first day of September shall be the annual dues revocation date established by this agreement. All dues revocation forms must be received by the Civilian Pay Office not later than 15 August. Dues revocation shall not become effective until the first full pay period in September. d. New members shall have the option of dues revocation on the first annual anniversary date after the employee’s election to participate. Dues revocation form must be submitted to the Civilian Pay Office not later than the last work day in the month preceding the employee’s anniversary date. Effective date of revocation will be the first full pay period after the anniversary date. After the first anniversary date, revocation may only be made in accordance with paragraph 4c above. 9-1 GENERAL‌‌‌‌‌‌‌
Dues Revocation. An officer desiring to revoke payroll deductions authorization shall notify the City's Director of Finance in writing, but such revocation notice may only be given during the last thirty (30) days of this Agreement. If the revocation notice is received by the Director of Finance less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the first of the month, the employee's payroll deduction shall cease not later than fourteen (14) calendar days thereafter.
Dues Revocation. If an employee of the bargaining unit desires to revoke, cancel or change prior dues deduction authorization, the Department shall direct the employee member to the Association. Any such dues deduction revocation, cancellation and/or change shall only be effective when submitted by the Association directly to the Department and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the original payroll deduction/authorization. The cancellation will be promptly processed by the Department.
Dues Revocation. 7.1 Union members who have authorized Union dues withholding may revoke their payroll deduction of dues once a year on the anniversary date of the first withholding by submitting Standard Form 1188 to HQ USMEPCOM Civilian Personnel Division. 7.2 Members wishing to revoke their payroll deduction must submit an SF 1188, “Cancellation of Payroll Deductions for Labor Union Dues” to the appropriate Union official. The Union will procure the forms as needed and will make them available to the Union members, upon request. 7.3 Upon receipt of the properly completed SF 1188, the Union representative must certify by date and signature or other date stamping device the date the SF 1188 is given to the Union representative. In order to be timely, the SF 1188 must be submitted to the Union between the anniversary date of the effective date of the dues withholding and ten (10) work days prior to the anniversary date. The Union official will, by reference to the Union Dues Deduction Report, determine the anniversary date of the allotment. The ending date of the pay period in which the anniversary date appears will be entered in Item (6) on the SF 1188 and initialed by the Union official. The SF 1188 will be delivered to the payroll office prior to the close of business of the Friday following the date entered in Item (6). 7.4 Notwithstanding Section 7.1 of this Article, deduction of dues with respect to an employee will terminate with the start of the first payroll period after which any of the following occurs: 7.4.1 Loss of exclusive recognition by the Union; 7.4.2 Separation of the employee for any reason; 7.4.3 Notice to USMEPCOM from the Union that the employee has been suspended or expelled from the membership of the Union; 7.4.4 Transfer, reassignment, or promotion or demotion of an eligible member to a position excluded from the Union’s recognition; or 7.4.5 Activation of an employee into active duty military status. 7.5 If USMEPCOM’s removal of any employee from dues withholding either (1) is not in compliance with the provisions of this Article; or (2) is based on a belief that the employee’s position is outside the bargaining unit, and the Federal Labor Relations Authority determines that USMEPCOM acted improperly; then USMEPCOM will promptly reinstate the employee’s dues withholding authorization and make the Union whole for lost income.
Dues Revocation. IAW Section 7115 (a), Title VII of the CSRA, P. L. 95-454, the one-year period provided for dues revocation will begin from the date on which the employee authorized dues withholding.

The employee must complete the form, sign it, and submit it to the Union. The Union shall complete its portion and submit it to the Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer shall provide a receipt copy of the form to the employee, indicating the pay period in which the dues allotment will cease.
Dues Revocation. A bargaining unit employee may terminate union dues withholding on: 1. the initial one-year anniversary date of the pay period in which the allotment began; and 2. thereafter, each subsequent anniversary date, or as required by law.
