Duplicate Copies. The parties agree and understand that this Agreement may be signed in duplicate originals and that each party may retain an original with a faxed or scanned copy of the other party’s signature page. The parties specifically agree that a photocopy, fax or scanned copy of a party’s signature shall be valid, binding and enforceable against the other party.
