Duplicate petitions. Where more than one petition is received in time for a particular meeting, each supporting the same or similar outcomes, each petition organiser will be treated as an independent petition organiser, but only the organiser of the first petition to be received will be invited to address the relevant meeting.

  • Duplicate Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Indenture. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.

  • Priority of Documents In the event of inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Project Manual, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • DUPLICATE COUNTERPARTS This Agreement may be executed in duplicate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed a duplicate original. The Agreement shall be deemed executed when it has been signed by both parties.

The failure of any party hereto to execute this Agreement, or any counterpart hereof, shall not relieve the other signatories from their obligations hereunder.

  • COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer. The Collective Agreement shall be printed in booklet form by the United Nurses of Alberta. The costs of printing shall be shared equally between the parties. 31.02 The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon hiring.
