Duration and Effects. 2.1 The Agreement shall enter into force on the date when the last of the two parties signs. It will expire on 31st December following the date of entry into force, hereinafter referred to as the expiration date. 2.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces all previous agreements, oral or written, with respect to the matters contained herein.
