DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall continue in force and effect until June 30, 2014 and shall continue automatically thereafter for periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other in writing within the period of ninety (90) days before the Agreement ceases to operate that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement agreement shall continue in force and effect from the date of signing until June 30, 2014 September 2009 and shall continue be renewed automatically thereafter for periods of one (1) year three years each unless either party Party notifies the other in writing within the period of ninety (90) days before the Agreement ceases to operate that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇Where notice to amend the Agreement is given, the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in force until a new Agreement is signed or the right to strike or lockout accrues, whichever first occurs.
