DURATION AND RETROACTIVITY. 34:01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2022 and shall continue in effect up to and including March 31, 2027 and shall remain in force and effect from year to year thereafter unless written notice to negotiate a renewal, or revision and renewal is given by either party at least ninety (90) days prior to, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiry date hereof. During the period required to negotiate a renewal, or revision and renewal of the Agreement, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without change. 34:02 Where notice to amend the Agreement is given, the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in force until a new Agreement is signed or the right to strike or lockout accrues, whichever first occurs. 34:03 All wages including merit increments shall be retroactive to January 1, 2023 to all current employees.
