Common use of DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. ‌ This Agreement shall become effective upon ratification by the Association and adoption by the Board, on July 1, 2016, and remain in effect until 12:00 a.m. June 30, 2020. Thereafter, this Agreement shall automatically renew itself for an additional (1) year period, unless either party sends the other a written notice of its desire to amend or terminate the Agreement by certified mail at least sixty (60) but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to June 30, 2016, or prior to the end of any additional one (1) year period.
