Common use of DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 20241 and after the contract is executed by both parties shall remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on the 31st day of December 20263. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the anniversary date that it desires to modify this Agreement. In the event that such notice is given, negotiations shall begin no later than one hundred thirty-five (135) days prior to the anniversary date unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.

In the event that such notice is given, negotiations shall begin no later than one hundred thirtyforty-five (13545) days prior to the anniversary date unless the parties mutually agree otherwisedate.
