Common use of DURATION AND Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND. This Agreement continue in effect until the 26th day of September, and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing during the period of ninety days prior to the expiration date that it desires to amend or terminate the Agreement. Negotiations shall begin within twenty (20) days following notification for amendment as provided in the preceding paragraph, or on such date as agreed on by the parties.
