Common use of Duration; Extent, Access Clause in Contracts

Duration; Extent, Access. The Construction Phase will commence with the award of a Contract for the Project to a Contractor and will terminate upon Final Acceptance of the Project by the University. The Associate shall provide its services during the Construction Phase in accordance with the Standard Conditions as in effect as of the date of this Agreement. The Associate shall at all times have access to the Project whenever any Work is in preparation or in progress.
