Duration of Confidentiality Sample Clauses

Duration of Confidentiality. All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties under this Agreement shall expire ten (10) years after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Confidential Information which constitutes the trade secrets of a party shall be kept confidential indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.4 through 9.5.

Duration of Confidentiality. The provisions of this Article XIII shall apply during the term of this Agreement and for two years following termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 14.1, and shall continue to apply to any Member who withdraws, who is deemed to have withdrawn, or who Transfers its Ownership Interest, for two years following the date of such occurrence.

Duration of Confidentiality. All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the Parties under this Agreement shall expire five (5) years after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Confidentiality. The Recipient shall maintain in confidence and shall not disclose to any person not a party hereto, unless permitted to do so under Section 2, or use or exploit in any way, without the Disclosing Party’s written agreement, any Confidential Information for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure of such information, unless such information ceases to be Confidential Information prior to the end of such five-year period through no fault of Recipient, or Recipient and Disclosing Party enter into a written agreement authorizing same.

Duration of Confidentiality. The obligations of confidentiality survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for 10 year(s).

Duration of Confidentiality. The provisions of this Section shall apply during the term of this Agreement and for two years following termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.1, and shall continue to apply to any Party who Transfers its Participating Interest, for two (2) years following the date of such occurrence.

Duration of Confidentiality. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.5 of this Agreement, all obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the parties under this Agreement shall expire [***] after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Confidential Information which constitutes the trade secrets of a party shall be kept confidential indefinitely and shall remain subject to the confidentiality and non-use provisions of this Article 9 indefinitely, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 9.2 and 9.3.

Duration of Confidentiality. The provisions of this Article IX shall apply during the term of this Agreement and for two years following termination of this Agreement and, as to any Member who Transfers its Units in accordance with Article VII, for two years following the date of such occurrence.

Duration of Confidentiality. The restrictions in clause 7.1 and the permissions in clause 7.2 will continue in full force and effect after termination of the Agreement.
