Common use of Duration of Contract and Minimum Contract Period Clause in Contracts

Duration of Contract and Minimum Contract Period. The contract shall start on the start date. Both parties to the contract are deemed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions at that date. The duration of the contract is for the Minimum Contract Period (“MCP”). Where special promotions, offers and additional contracts of other durations are offered during the period of the “MCP” additional Terms and Conditions pursuant to this additional offer will be issued and apply under a Supplementary Agreement. During the “MCP” customers may upgrade and add options without penalty.
