Common use of Duration of Escrow Clause in Contracts

Duration of Escrow. If the Deposit Materials have not been previously released to Tribune under the terms of this Article, the escrow will be terminated and the Deposit Materials destroyed by the Escrow Agent upon the first to occur of the following: (i) termination or expiration of this Agreement; or (ii) mutual written agreement of the Parties.
