Common use of Duration of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Duration of Obligation. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the obligations of the Parties relating to Confidential Information set out in this Article 5 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for a period of ten (10) years.
