Common use of Duration of Offer Clause in Contracts

Duration of Offer. The Offer shall be irrevocable for a period of 30 (Thirty) days from date of signature of the application overleaf, and this agreement, with the exception of clause 7, shall only come into operation upon the acceptance by MTC of the Offer before the expiry of the said period.
