Duration of Options. An Option shall not be exercisable after the earlier of (i) the term of the Option specified in the Option Agreement (which shall not exceed five years from the date the Option is granted in the case of an Incentive Option granted to a Ten Percent Stockholder, or ten years from the date the Option is granted in the case of any other Option), or (ii) the period of time specified herein that follows the Holder’s Retirement, Disability, death or other severance of the employment or affiliation relationship between the Holder and the Company and all Affiliates. Except as specified in Section 10.11, unless the Holder’s Option Agreement specifies otherwise, an Option shall not continue to vest after the severance of the employment or affiliation relationship between the Company and all Affiliates.
