Common use of Duration of Order Clause in Contracts

Duration of Order. After all Parties have signed, this Order shall be effective on August 1, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until July 31, 2016 unless earlier terminated as set forth herein (the “Initial Term”). AT&T, solely at its discretion, may renew this Order for **** (the “Renewal Term”, and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”) by providing at least **** written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term.
