Common use of Duration of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Duration of Restrictions. Recipient’s obligations under paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 will continue during the term of Recipient’s engagement by the Company and thereafter. The restrictions in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 apply during the term of Recipient’s engagement by the Company and for a period of twenty-four (24) months following Recipient’s Termination Date for any reason, provided that, in the event that the Recipient’s employment is terminated without Cause by the Company under the terms of that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of even date herewith, by and between Recipient and the Company (the “Employment Agreement”), the restrictions set forth in paragraphs 5,6 and 7 shall terminate.
