Common use of Duration of Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORSHERIFF’s records Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR SHERIFF pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORCITY’s records Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR CITY pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records VENDOR Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORNAF’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR NAF pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records Curriculum Associates’ Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Curriculum Associates pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORSOFIA’s records Records from the effective date of this Lease Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Lease Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Lease Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR SOFIA pursuant to this Lease Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORTENANT’s records Records from the effective date of this Lease Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR TENANT pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORIstation’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Istation pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORCollege Summit’s records Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR College Summit pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBCBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records SBBC's Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR BC pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or evaluations, or reproductions, SBBC’s 's agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records COUNTY's Records from the effective date Effective Date of this Agreement, for the duration of Agreement through the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement, as applicable.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORCurriculum Associate’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR pursuant to this Agreement.five

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or evaluations, and reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORCAREER SOFT’s records from the effective date Effective Date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR CAREER SOFT pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORHMH’s records Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR HMH pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s 's agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records SOUTH BROWARD Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR SOUTH BROWARD pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or evaluations, and reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORSOLIDPROFESSOR’s records from the effective date Effective Date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR SOLIDPROFESSOR pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or evaluations, and reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORVEI’s records from the effective date Effective Date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR VEI pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s Granicus’ records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Granicus pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or evaluations, and reproductions, SBBC’s 's agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s 's records from the effective date Effective Date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORFrontline’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Frontline pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s 's agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records BC Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR BC pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORHumane Society’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Humane Society pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s 's agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records EXPO's Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR EXPO pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORPCG’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR PCG pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORLIA’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR LIA pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORINSTRUCTURE’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR INSTRUCTURE pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations evaluations, and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORConscious Discipline’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Conscious Discipline pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORCITY’s records Records from the effective date Effective Date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR CITY pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORAJG’s records Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR AJG pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR pursuant to this Agreement.five

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORUniversity’s records Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five two (52) years after the termination of this Agreement or five two (52) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR University pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORELC’s records Records from the effective date of this Lease Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Lease Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Lease Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR ELC pursuant to this Lease Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s 's agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s records Provider's Records from the effective e ective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Provider pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORHSA’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR HSA pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORTM’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR TM pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s Learning A-Z records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Learning A-Z pursuant to this Agreement.

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORCLOSE UP’s records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR CLOSE UP pursuant to this Agreement.

For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to VENDORListen, LP’s records Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR Listen, LP pursuant to this Agreement.
