Common use of Duration of Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations and/or reproductions, SBBC’s agent or authorized representative shall have access to Teachtown Records from the effective date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to Teachtown pursuant to this Agreement.
