Common use of DURATION OF THE LEASE Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF THE LEASE. This lease is hereby authorized for the term of nine full and consecutive years, which shall commence on the first of May, nineteen hundred and ninety-two (05/01/1992) and shall end on the thirtieth of April, two thousand and one (04/30/2001), but with the option solely of Lessee to break the lease at the expiration of each three year period and for the first time on April thirtieth, nineteen hundred ninety-five (04/30/1995) and only on condition of notifying the Lessor of its intentions in this regard, at least six months in advance by registered letter with return receipt requested or by way of a bailiff from the Ministry of Justice.
