Duration of Use Sample Clauses

Duration of Use. This Agreement shall commence and terminate on the dates set out in the Schedule. During that period, the Community User, subject to this Agreement, has authority to use the Premises and the Equipment at the times and on the date(s) set out in the Table of Agreed Usage.

Duration of Use. The initial duration of use of the HS begins upon Activation, as defined in Section 9 Product Lifecycle Management. This duration is chosen by User, at his discretion, when purchasing Software and may be renewed for the same or different periods. In some cases, User may change the duration of a Product usage period during the current usage period. In the event of service interruption by User, Famic will prolong the duration of HS for a period equivalent to the service interruption time. In some cases, if HS is not renewed, a reinstatement fee might be applicable upon reactivation.

Duration of Use. I acknowledge the Facilities are daily use only and I will not leave or store any personal property, including my bike, overnight. I further acknowledge that the City of Terrace may, without liabilities and without notice, remove and dispose of any bike or locker contents left or stored overnight at the Facilities. The use of the facilities is a "first come, first served" basis and may hold a maximum of 10 bikes at any one time.

Duration of Use. The leased equipment may be used at the lessee's discretion, in compliance with the specific conditions, for a nominal daily duration of 8 hours. The lessee is obliged to inform the lessor in the event of any additional use, which may give rise to additional hire charges to be defined in the specific conditions.

Duration of Use. Unless otherwise agreed, the Guest is entitled to use the rented rooms from 14:00 hrs on the agreed date of arrival until 11:00 hrs on the day of departure. In the event of arrival after 21:00 hrs, the Hotel must be informed of the de- layed arrival by telephone or in writing by the Guest by 18:00 hrs at the latest on the day of arrival, otherwise the Hotel may reassign the rooms in question. Room occupancy until 01:15 hrs counts as a full overnight stay. If the Guest vacates the room 4 hours or more later than agreed, the Hotel may charge CHF 50.00 per day (from Sun- day to Thursday) and CHF 60.00 per day (from Friday to Saturday) for use that exceeds the Contract. This shall not result in any contractual claims of the Guest in respect of regular continued use of the spaces and the Hotel reserves the right to claim damages. In the event of late vacation of a room, the Hotel reserves the right to remove the Guest's belongings from said room and store them at a suitable location within the Hotel for a fee.
