Duration of Warrants and Terms of Exercise. Subject to earlier exercise or cancellation as provided herein, each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of Common Stock or equivalent security of any successor to the Company at a price of $1.00 per share (the "Purchase Price"), subject to adjustment as provided herein, for a term, commencing on the Warrant Date and ending September 30, 2000, (the "Exercise Period").
