Common use of Duration, Termination and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Duration, Termination and Amendments. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date on which that certain contract between Deutsche Asset Management, Inc. and the Trust related to the Intermediate Term Municipal Bond Portfolio is terminated ("Effective Date"). It shall continue in effect thereafter until the earlier of the date on which a subsequent agreement with Portfolio Manager is approved by the shareholders of the Portfolio in accordance with Section 15(a) of the 1940 Act or the 150/th/ day following the Effective Date.
