During Operation Period Sample Clauses

During Operation Period the Concessionaire shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish a monthly management report which shall include a summary of: (a) key performance indicators achieved in the month, along with an analysis of reasons for failures, if any, and proposals to remedy the same; (b) key operational hurdles and deliverables in the succeeding month along with strategies for addressing the same and for otherwise improving the Project Highway’s operational performance; and (c) key financial parameters for the month, as benchmarked against the monthly budget and the reasons for shortfall, if any, and proposals to remedy the same.
During Operation Period the Licensee shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Licensor and the PMC a monthly management report which shall be a summary of: a) key operational hurdles and deliverables expected in the succeeding month along with strategies for addressing the same and for otherwise improving the Project’s operational performance; and b) key financial parameters for the month, as benchmarked against the monthly budget, the reasons for shortfall, if any, and proposals to remedy the same.

During Operation Period the Concessionaire shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority a monthly management report which shall be a summary of: a) key performance indicators such as poppy straw processed and CPS produced, production of alkaloids and ratio of the same i.e. morphine, codeine, thebaine, etc. achieved in the month, alkaloid extraction efficiency, achieved in the month, along with an analysis of reasons for failures, if any, and proposals to remedy the same; b) key operational hurdles and deliverables expected in the succeeding month along with strategies for addressing the same and for otherwise improving the Project’s operational performance; and c) key financial parameters for the month, as benchmarked against the monthly budget, the reasons for shortfall, if any, and proposals to remedy the same.
During Operation Period the Concessionaire, through its authorised representative, shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Panel a monthly report, in a mutually agreed format, stating in reasonable detail the list of Patients updated in accordance with Clause 19.1.2 above, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Panel. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.

During Operation Period the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of a quarter, furnish to the Authority a quarterly report stating in reasonable detail of the condition of the Project Assets including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, as applicable and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
