Duties and functions. 21.2.1 The Independent Engineer shall discharge its duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms of reference set forth in Schedule-N. 21.2.2 The Independent Engineer shall submit regular periodic reports (at least once every month) to the Authority in respect of its duties and functions set forth in Schedule-N. 21.2.3 A true copy of all communications sent by the Authority to the Independent Engineer and by the Independent Engineer to the Authority shall be sent forthwith by the Independent Engineer to the Concessionaire. 21.2.4 A true copy of all communications sent by the Independent Engineer to the Concessionaire and by the Concessionaire to the Independent Engineer shall be sent forthwith by the Independent Engineer to the Authority.
