Common use of Duties and Position Clause in Contracts

Duties and Position. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be employed as the Vice President of Information Technology of Employer and shall report to Employer’s President. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have such duties as are customarily performed by persons serving in similar capacities in other businesses similar to Employer’s business. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall devote his full working time, attention, and best efforts to performing all reasonably assigned responsibilities. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not, while employed by Employer, engage in any other business or employment without the prior written approval of Employer’s President or Board of Directors (the “Board”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein is intended or shall be construed as preventing ▇▇▇▇▇▇ from engaging in such civic, charitable, or political activities as do not interfere with the performance of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ duties hereunder.
