Common use of Duties and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Duties and Reporting. The Executive shall report to and be directly responsible to the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive is responsible for the duties and authorities as set out in Schedule “A”, including those duties commonly associated with the position of Chief Executive Officer. The Executive shall also perform and execute such other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time. The Executive will devote his full time, attention and ability to the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries as required to fulfil the Executive’s duties outlined in this agreement and shall not engage in any other work for remuneration without the written consent of the Company.
