Common use of Duties and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Duties and Reporting. The Executive shall report to and be directly responsible to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. The Executive will have the duties and authorities commonly associated with the Executive’s offices and such other duties reasonably related thereto as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
