Common use of Duties and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Duties and Reporting. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall become part of the senior management team of UKESL and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of UKESL. In his position as Programme Director of VUKGL, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall manage the capital program, construction and expansion of the Knapton Project, as well as perform such additional or modified duties as he may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of UKESL. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’ employment will be subject to the employment policies and disciplinary rules of UKESL, which are accessible to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in UKESL’s employee handbook.
