Duties and Reporting. Your duties will include the usual and customary responsibilities of your position, including, but not limited to [description of responsibilities], or such other duties to which you may be assigned from time to time. You will use your best efforts and devote all of your work time and attention to your job duties, except during authorized vacation or personal time, paid time off, absences for illness, and disability or family emergency. You agree to perform all duties in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company from time to time, and you agree to abide by such policies and procedures. You agree that you will not participate in any outside activities that would be inconsistent with or that would in any way interfere with or present a conflict of interest with your employment.
