Common use of Duties and Responsibilities and Powers Clause in Contracts

Duties and Responsibilities and Powers. Employee shall have such responsibilities, duties, and authorities as are assigned to her by the Chief Executive Officer in consultation with the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"); provided that all such services and functions shall be reasonable, consistent with the position of Senior Vice President of Store Operations, and within Employee's area of expertise. Employee shall fulfill her duties and responsibilities in a reasonable and appropriate manner and in compliance with the Company's policies and practices and the laws and regulations that apply to the Company's operation and administration. Employee shall devote her full business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company and shall not be engaged in or employed by any other business enterprise without the written approval of the Board.

Employee shall devote her his full business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company and shall not be engaged in or employed by any other business enterprise without the written approval of the Board.; provided, however, Employee shall be permitted to continue his activities with the organizations listed on Exhibit B.
