DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVE. The following functions are understood to constitute the complete duties and responsibilities of the Association representative.‌ 1. Duties and Time Limits: After obtaining supervisory permission, Association representatives will be permitted to leave their normal work area during on-duty time not to exceed eight (8) hours per pay period in order to assist in investigation of facts, assist in presentation of a grievance or a disciplinary action, or to present at the Employee Benefits Center New Employee Orientation when a new employee is in attendance.
