Assisting Company counsel in establishing preparing and distributing meeting agendas and board materials including board resolutions and various financial, administrative and regulatory reports; b. Preparing attending all regular or special board reports based on financial meetings, preparing and administrative data c. Evaluating independent auditor d. Securing and monitoring fidelity bond and director and officer liability coverage, and making the necessary SEC filings relating thereto e. Preparing distributing minutes of such meetings of and maintaining the board corporate records and shareholdersminute book for the Trust; c. updating trustees' and officers' biographical information and questionnaires; and d. evaluating independent auditor.
