DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUBRECIPIENT. Subrecipient shall use the Project Funds received pursuant to this Agreement exclusively in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, the approved Project Approval Form, the IEDC Agreement, the RDA’s Regional Development Plan (“RDP”) and federal, and state (in conformance with Indiana Code § 5-28-37, Indiana Code § 5-28-38, and other legal authority affecting the use of Project Funds) laws. In exchange for receipt of the Project Funds for the Project, the Subrecipient also agrees to comply with the following:
