Common use of Duties in General Clause in Contracts

Duties in General. The Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform all services as may be assigned to her by the Board, and shall exercise such power and authority as may from time to time be delegated to her by the Board. The Executive shall devote time, attention and efforts to the performance of her duties under this Agreement, render such services to the best of her ability, and use her reasonable best efforts to promote the interests of the Company. The Executive shall not engage in any other business or occupation during the Term of Employment that (i) conflicts with the interests of the Company or its subsidiaries, (ii) interferes with the proper and efficient performance of her duties for the Company, or (iii) interferes with the exercise of her judgment in the Company’s best interests.
