Common use of Duties of Agent Clause in Contracts

Duties of Agent. In accordance with the terms of this Repurchase Agreement, the Agent shall: (a) upon receipt of a Transaction Request pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.02, promptly transmit such Transaction Request to the Buyer and, upon approval by and at the instruction of the Buyer, enter into the Transactions and purchase the applicable Loans on the Buyer’s behalf; (b) upon receipt of a Confirmation from the Buyer pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.02(d), promptly transmit such Confirmation to the Seller; and (c) upon receipt of any payments of Repurchase Price and other amounts to be paid by the Seller or any other party under the Repurchase Agreement or the other Repurchase Documents, promptly deliver such payments to the Buyer at the following account (or such other account of which the Buyer may from time to time notify the Agent pursuant to Section 13.06): [***].
