Common use of Duties of Position Clause in Contracts

Duties of Position. IKON shall employ Executive as President. The ------------------ Parties expressly agree that the position of President of IKON is a key position and an executive position in IKON. Executive shall comply with his obligations set forth in this Agreement. Executive specifically recognizes and acknowledges that this position is one of trust and confidence and that, as a result he will have access to, and may be given specialized education and confidential, proprietary information of IKON and its Group Companies.
