Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, the duties of the Servicer set forth in this Agreement shall be qualified in their entirety by applicable Requirements of Law any PUC Regulations as may be in effect at the time such duties are to be performed. Certain of the duties set forth above may be performed by ARES pursuant to ARES Service Agreements. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, the duties of the Servicer set forth in this Agreement shall be qualified in their entirety by applicable Requirements of Law any ICC Regulations as may be in effect at the time such duties are to be performed.
